While VLM has many techniques to offer, one specific one that we use is called sett which means soil extraction transfer technology. this technique allows us to suspend the dirt from your carpets and transfer it to a microfiber pad.

A: No. As long as we have access to your property via a hidden key or code, it should be fine. we will call you when the cleaning is done and to return key if necessary.
